PolyExhange lists a short book of spot assets. A listing is an operational decision by the exchange, not a promotion, not a partnership, and not a statement that the asset is safe to hold.
When an asset is listed, you can hold a balance in it, see a live or exchange-set USD rate on Markets, swap it, and — where a network is configured — deposit and withdraw it subject to review. Listing does not mean we custody every chain that uses the ticker, that we will always have depth on the book, or that we endorse the project’s team, tokenomics, or roadmap.
The book is small on purpose. 19 assets is the current set. We would rather run a short list we can actually settle than a long list we cannot withdraw.
There is no public scorecard that guarantees a yes. In practice we ask:
Memecoins with no honest market, assets that only move through mixers, and tickers we cannot uniquely identify on-chain are declined without a long debate.
Project teams and market makers can open a ticket in the help center with the subject Listing request. Include the legal name of the issuer if there is one, contract addresses and chains, a link to the canonical market we should track, and a person we can reach. We do not accept “listing packages” from agencies, paid ranking sites, or Telegram shills acting as middlemen.
We may ask for more documents. We may take weeks. Silence after a complete file is not a listing. You will get a yes, a no, or a request for missing facts.
Rates track a live market feed by default and are shown the same way to every account. If we have to step in — thin tape, a broken feed, a halt on the reference venue — that coin is marked as exchange-set on its market page until it goes back to the feed. We do not guarantee that our quote matches any other venue at the same second. See Terms and the Risk Disclosure.
Listed assets can trade on the book (limit and market) and as an instant swap against the posted rate. Resting depth is genuine customer and house inventory, not padded quotes. If nobody is on the other side, our own liquidity may fill at the live rate with the spread shown up front. A listing does not obligate us to warehouse unlimited inventory in that coin.
We can halt deposits, freeze the book, or remove an asset when the network is unsafe, the reference market disappears, a law requires it, or we can no longer operate withdrawals honestly. We will try to give notice on the asset page and let you swap or withdraw remaining balances where the chain still works and the law allows it. If the chain is dead, the balance may be unrecoverable — that is a token risk, not a PolyExhange “guarantee.”
Nobody can buy a ticker onto this book. A market-making arrangement, if we ever have one, is disclosed as inventory and spread, not as a paid listing. If someone claiming to represent PolyExhange asks you for a listing fee, it is a scam — tell us through support.
