Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

  • Account information — email address, display name, and a hashed (never plaintext) password.
  • Transaction data — deposits, swaps, and withdrawal requests, including destination addresses you provide.
  • Verification information — if you submit identity verification, the details and any note you include with that request.
  • Notification preferences — whether you've opted into email or Telegram alerts, and the identifiers needed to send them.

2. How we use it

We use this information to operate your account: crediting deposits, executing swaps, processing withdrawal requests, sending the notifications you've opted into, and reviewing activity for security or compliance purposes. We don't use your data to serve third-party advertising.

3. Verification data

Identity verification you submit is reviewed by our team to approve or reject the request and is used only for that purpose and for the compliance obligations that come with operating an exchange. It's not shared for marketing purposes.

4. Sharing

We share data with third parties only where necessary to run the service — for example, payment and network infrastructure providers that process deposits and withdrawals — or where required by law. We don't sell personal data.

5. Retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after, to meet recordkeeping and legal obligations common to financial services. You can request deletion of data we're not required to retain — see Contact below.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You can update your display name directly from Settings; for anything else, contact support and we'll respond as quickly as we reasonably can.

7. Contact

Privacy questions or requests can be sent through the help center, or by email to [email protected].
