Deposits confirm automatically because the network already did the hard work of verifying them. Withdrawals don't, because nothing external has verified that request but us.
Every withdrawal request goes through the same review before it is sent, regardless of amount:
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1. Request submitted | The amount is held aside from your available balance immediately. |
| 2. Manually checked | A team member confirms the destination address and account status. |
| 3. Sent | Once approved, the request is broadcast to the network — visible on your Withdraw page and in your account history. |
We'd rather a legitimate request take a few extra minutes than automate a step that's the single easiest point in the whole system for something to go wrong — a compromised account, a mistyped address, an account under review.
Your account is protected by your password, so treat it like the key to a bank account: unique to this site, long, and not reused anywhere else. You can change it any time from Settings → Security.
We also send account activity notifications — deposit confirmations and withdrawal status changes — by email, with Telegram notifications available once you link your account. You can turn either on or off from Settings → Notifications; we'd recommend keeping at least one on, since it's often the fastest way to notice activity you didn't expect.
Verification (KYC) is optional at the base tier but unlocks higher withdrawal limits and a lower trading fee once approved — see Fees. Submitting a request queues it for manual review by our team; you'll see the status update on your Settings page as it moves from pending to verified (or rejected, with a note explaining why).
If you believe you've found a security issue with the platform — not an individual account dispute, but a flaw in how the system itself works — please report it through the help center rather than posting it publicly. We'll take it from there.
