You must be able to form a binding contract under the law that applies to you to use PolyExhange. You're responsible for confirming that using an account like this is lawful where you live before you sign up.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may ask you to complete identity verification before lifting certain limits or, in some cases, before continuing to provide service.
PolyExhange is a custodial service: assets you deposit are credited to a balance we hold and administer on your behalf, not to a wallet you control directly. Your balance is a claim against the platform, redeemable through a withdrawal request subject to the review process described in our Security page and these terms.
Swaps fill at the rate displayed at the time you submit the order. Rates track a live market feed by default and may, at our discretion, be set manually for a specific asset — in which case that asset is marked accordingly on the markets page. We don't guarantee that any posted rate matches any other venue's price at the same moment.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed before funds are released and may be declined at our discretion — for example, where the destination address appears invalid for the selected network, or where an account is under review. A declined request includes a stated reason and does not incur a fee.
Current fees are published on our Fees page and are incorporated into these terms by reference. We may change fees going forward; changes apply to activity after the change takes effect, not retroactively.
You agree not to use PolyExhange to launder money, finance illegal activity, evade sanctions, or otherwise violate applicable law. We may suspend or close an account we reasonably believe is being used this way, and may report activity where legally required to.
Digital assets are volatile and can lose significant value quickly. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You're solely responsible for evaluating whether trading or holding a given asset is appropriate for you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PolyExhange is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses from market movements, network outages, or delays in withdrawal review.
You may stop using PolyExhange at any time. We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or as required by law, and will make reasonable efforts to let you withdraw a remaining balance where legally permitted to do so.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page; continued use of the platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
