What this exchange is — and what it is not
A custodial spot exchange: you hold balances here, trade listed assets, and a person reviews withdrawals before they leave.

In one sentence
This is a custodial spot exchange. You open an account, deposit listed crypto to an address we generate for you, hold that balance on the platform, trade or swap among listed assets, and withdraw to an address you control — after a member of our team has reviewed the payout.
It is not a non-custodial wallet. If you send funds to a deposit address, those coins are credited to your account ledger here. You are trusting the exchange with custody until you withdraw.
It is not a bank, a broker that gives investment advice, or a place that “guarantees” profit. Prices move. Digital assets can fall to zero. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell.
What you can actually open
Use the products that appear in your menu. Typical paths:
- Markets — listed assets and live rates
- Trade — spot order book (market, limit, stop-limit) quoted in USDT
- Swap — instant conversion between two of *your* balances
- Wallet / Overview — balances and shortcuts
- Deposit / Withdraw — crypto in and out
- Staking — lock USDT, earn USDT (when the module is on)
- Verification — KYC levels
- Live chat — public bot floor (not 1:1)
- History / Notifications / Settings
- Support circle (bottom right) — 1:1 with support
Some Verification cards list what this exchange actually runs: deposit, withdraw, trade, swap, staking, plus KYC lifts (VIP fees). If a module is off on this domain, it will not appear in the menu.
What “custodial” means for you
When a deposit confirms, we credit your account balance, not a private key you export. You cannot “download the seed” for the exchange wallet. Security is: strong password, email confirmation, authenticator (2FA), and never sharing codes.
When you withdraw, you are asking us to send coins from the platform to an address you paste. That send is reviewed by a person. That is slower than a hot-wallet casino. It is also how this exchange is built — see How withdrawals are reviewed.
Before you deposit a single coin
- Create an account with an email you control.
- Confirm that email in Settings if a code is offered.
- Turn on 2FA before you hold size.
- Open Deposit, pick the asset and the exact network shown, copy the address from that screen only.
- Send a small test first.
If a friend forwards you an address “from support” in Telegram, it is not us. Real support chat is the circle at the bottom right after you sign in.
