Getting started

How to create an account

Sign up with email and password. There is no waitlist. You land in the wallet immediately.

Keep this page — the product described here is what the exchange actually runs.

Steps

  1. Open Sign up.
  2. Enter an email you can read (password resets and security codes go there).
  3. Choose a password: English characters only, at least 8 characters, uppercase and lowercase, a number, a special character, and no spaces. Do not reuse a password from another exchange.
  4. Submit. You are signed in and sent to the wallet. There is no waitlist and no human approval to start.

If this domain has a referral code in the URL (/referal/XXXXX or ?ref=), it attaches to the new account. You do not type the code by hand after signup.

What you get on minute one

  • An Overview with zero balances
  • Deposit and Withdraw screens (Withdraw will fail until you have a balance)
  • Settings (display name, security)
  • Markets, and Trade/Swap if those modules are enabled on this site

You do not need KYC to hold a balance or use spot, unless this domain’s rules say otherwise. Verification is for higher limits and VIP — see Why verify.

After signup, do these three things

  1. Settings → email — verify if a code is shown. Unverified email makes recovery harder.
  2. Settings → authenticator — connect 2FA before the first large deposit.
  3. Open Deposit and learn how addresses work before you send from Binance, a hardware wallet, or a friend.

If sign up fails

  • Email already used — log in instead, or Forgot password on the login page.
  • Password too short — use English characters only, 8+ characters with upper and lower case, a number, and a special character.
  • The page reloads to login — you already have a session; open Wallet.

Open the support circle from a signed-in session. Password resets still go through support — there is no self-serve email link yet.
