Why verification exists

KYC is optional for basic use. Submit ID from Settings when you need it.

What KYC is here

Settings → KYC verification → Verify. Legal name, address, and ID photos (front, back, selfie).

Deposits, withdrawals, and spot are not automatically blocked before that.

You submit what the form asks. Review is done by our team. We do not want your seed phrase as “extra KYC”.

How to submit verification Open Settings, tap Verify, fill the form exactly as the ID reads, submit once, wait for review.
Verification, fees, and limits VIP and limits are set on the account and this hostname — not by extra KYC uploads.

Open the support circle from a signed-in session. Password resets still go through support — there is no self-serve email link yet.
