How the site is laid out
Public pages vs the signed-in account area. Where Trade, Swap, Wallet and chat actually live.
Keep this page — the product described here is what the exchange actually runs.
Public (no login)
The homepage, Markets, Fees, About, Security, Terms, Privacy, Staking explainer (if enabled), and this Help center. Anyone can read rates. Nobody can move your coins from a public page.
Signed-in account area
After login, the top bar still has Markets / Staking / Trading / Swap (depending on this domain). Under that, account tabs:
- Overview — balances
- Deposit / Withdraw
- Live chat — public floor where support bots talk the tape (not 1:1 support)
- History — ledger of what the account did
- Notifications
- Verification
- Settings (Membership lives here too)
Support is the circle at the bottom right, not a tab.
If a tab is missing, the operator turned that module off for this hostname. That is not a bug in your browser.
Trade vs Swap (people mix these up)
- Trade (
/app/trade) is a terminal: chart, order book, market / limit / stop-limit, open orders, fills. You buy or sell a base asset against USDT. - Swap (
/app/swap) converts your balance in asset A to asset B at the live rate, immediately. No resting order. No book.
If you wanted “sell 0.1 BTC when price hits X”, that is Trade, not Swap.
Mobile
This exchange is a browser app. There is no required native app to deposit or trade. If you bookmark the site, confirm the hostname in the address bar every time — phishing sites clone layouts.
