Getting started

First deposit checklist

Asset, network, address, test send, then size. Skip a step and the coins may never credit.

Keep this page — the product described here is what the exchange actually runs.

Why this checklist exists

Almost every “I sent funds and nothing happened” ticket is one of: wrong network, wrong asset, address copied from a chat, or the sending exchange still showing “processing” while the chain has not confirmed.

Checklist

  1. Sign in on this hostname (the one in your bookmark, not a search-ad clone).
  2. Open Deposit.
  3. Choose the asset you will send (USDT is not “USD”).
  4. Choose the network the Deposit screen lists for that asset (TRC20 is not ERC20; BTC is not BEP20 “BTC”).
  5. Copy the address from Deposit. Never from email, Telegram, or a PDF.
  6. In the sending wallet, select the same asset and same network.
  7. Send a small test (enough to cover the network fee plus a little extra).
  8. Wait until a block explorer shows the tx confirmed, then refresh Overview.
  9. Only then send the rest.

What we credit

Only listed assets, on a network that Deposit actually offered you. An unlisted token sent to a lookalike address is usually unrecoverable. We cannot “just credit it as USDT”.

How long to wait

Deposits credit when the network confirms — there is no extra human queue for incoming crypto. BTC can take longer than TRC20. If the explorer says unconfirmed, wait. If it says confirmed for a long time and Overview is still zero, open Live chat with the txid, asset, and network.
