The model
Withdrawals are human-reviewed before they are sent. That is described on Security and in the product itself. It exists so a stolen session cannot empty the book in 30 seconds without a pair of eyes.
Typical review looks at: destination format vs network, account flags, amount vs history, and whether the request looks like the account holder.
How long
There is no SLA printed as “always 8 minutes”. Quiet hours and a large first withdrawal take longer than a small repeat to an address you have used. If review is taking far longer than a normal business window, use Live chat with the withdrawal id from the Withdraw page.
Auto-payouts
Some exchanges enable an internal auto-send for small amounts. If yours was not auto-sent, auto-send is off or the amount is outside that range. You cannot turn it on from the user app.
What review will not do
Reviewers will not change the destination because you “meant another wallet”. They will not send on a different network than you selected. If you pasted the wrong address, submit a support request before it is sent — once it is sent, the chain does not undo it.
