Withdrawals

Withdrawal limits and minimums

Limits can depend on verification and domain rules. The Withdraw screen is the source of truth for your account right now.

Keep this page — the product described here is what the exchange actually runs.

Where to read your limit

The Withdraw form. If a number is shown as min/max, believe that screen over a blog post.

Verification can raise limits. Domain operators can set per-coin floors. A brand-new account sending the entire first deposit out immediately may sit in review longer — that is normal, not a hidden ban.

Network fees vs our fee

The amount you pay to leave is dominated by the network fee shown at confirm. We do not add a surprise markup on top of that line if the Fees page says we do not — read Fees and the confirm screen together.

Daily caps

If you hit a cap, wait for the window to reset or complete a higher KYC level if that is what the form asks. Live chat cannot “temporarily lift KYC” because you asked in lowercase.
