Deposits
Sending from Binance, Bybit, or another exchange
Withdraw on their side using the exact asset and network shown on our Deposit screen. Their “processing” is not our credit.
Keep this page — the product described here is what the exchange actually runs.
The only mapping that works
Open our Deposit first. Write down:
- Asset (USDT is not USD; BTC is not WBTC)
- Network name as we print it (TRC20 / ERC20 / Bitcoin / Solana / …)
- Address (and memo if shown)
Then on the sending exchange, start a withdrawal (not an internal transfer, not a P2P release) to that address on that network.
Their UI vs ours
Sending venues invent labels: “BNB Smart Chain (BEP20)”, “The Open Network”, “Tron (TRC20)”. If you are not sure it is the same pipe, send dust first.
Their status line:
- Pending / Processing — often not on-chain yet. We cannot credit a tx that does not exist.
- Completed on their side — check a block explorer. That is the source of truth.
- They deducted a withdrawal fee. You receive less than you typed. We credit what arrived.
Travel rules / memos
If they ask for a memo/tag and our Deposit also shows one, paste ours. Empty memo on those networks is how deposits go missing.
Do not
- Use their “deposit” screen (that funds them)
- Convert to a random token “because the address looks the same”
- Send from a contract / mixer and expect us to debug it for free
