Use Forgot password on login. A 6-digit code is mailed if this exchange has SMTP on in admin.

What the login page does
Forgot password asks for the email on the account. If the worker set SMTP on this domain, we send a 6-digit code. Enter that code and a new password on the next screen.
If this exchange has no mail set up, the form says so — then Contact from that mailbox.
What will not work
- Resetting to a different Gmail you cannot prove you own
- A friend calling in
- Asking support to skip the code when mail is on
Once reset, change 2FA if the old device might be gone, and review History for withdrawals you did not place.
